Product Description
It is mainly used to weld the metal strips of metal welding pipe and metal-plastic composite pipe so that it ensures the continuous production. It is can also be used for lateral connection of metal strips in special production process.
V Auto TIG welding with stable and reliable electric arc;
V Single side welding, double side forming with high strength welding seam;
V Use PLC control system to control the arc starting and stopping automatically in accordance with the strip width;
V Automatically conduct each process such as clamping, cutting, entering, compressing and welding. Easy to operate;
V Having mechanical and electrical safeguarding interlocking device;
V Being widely used in the metal material machining field.
Applicable strips: Stainless steel, steel and aluminum;
Max. Thickness of the applicable strips: Steel strip 1.5mm; Aluminum strip 1.0mm;
Max. Welding width: 200mm
Air pressure of cutting strip: 0.3~0.6MPa;
Max. Welding speed: 1.2m/min
Welding current: 20~100A
Voltage of power source: 380V/50Hz.
